20th August

Morning. Well, technically it’s not morning anymore, but you know what I mean. I only got up about an hour ago! I’ve had a proper lazy day so far, just sitting in front of the telly eating my chocolate chip Special K bar. Which was yummy I might add, and very nearly made me stop thinking of bacon sandwiches . . . at least now my belly is full of cereal-y goodness, so I’m not actually hungry.

I’m going to go for a half hour walk again in a little while, but you know those exercises that I promised I would do last night have absolutely killed me. My back aches like hell, my calves are sore from all of the dancing and my stomach feels like all of the muscles are super-tight and refuse to let me stretch them further than they are. But I guess that’s just me ‘feeling the burn’. I feel pretty good about it really! So like I said, I’m going to have some fruit, (perhaps blueberries,) and then go for a half hour walk. When I get back, I plan to eat my lunchtime bowl of Special K Medley and will then (hopefully) get started with my Billy Blanks, although I’m not sure if I want to do the Ab Bootcamp or the Tae Bo Cardio workout. I reckon I’ll go with the latter, as my stomach and back could do with a break after last night’s epic pain. At least until tonight when I will repeat the session. Argh!

Not sure what is for dinner tonight, but I’m guessing it will probably be fish and chips, which means that I will have to go and work out what is the healthiest thing for me to eat from there. I never really eat the batter on the fish, so I guess I could have fish and salad but we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Anyway, guys. I’m off to watch an episode of Grey’s Anatomy, and then I will be fruiting it up!
